Our poster design service is for people who know what their poster should say but do not have a print-ready file. Pick one of four jobs, add it to your order, and a designer builds the artwork for the poster, board or print you are buying. The fee is fixed and shown before you pay.

Poster design service: how changes work

Typesetting and Design for me each include one first design and two rounds of changes. Use the first round for the big things, such as wording, layout and colours, and the second for final fixes. Sending each round as a single list keeps nothing from slipping through.

Who uses it

A pub landlord with this month's quiz dates scribbled on a notepad. A charity with the words for a fun-run poster but no one who uses design software. A student who needs a conference poster laid out from a pile of charts. A shop whose only logo is a tiny picture on an old receipt.

What to send us

• Your wording, checked for spelling, dates and prices.
• Any logo you have, whatever the quality.
• Photos at the largest size you have.
• A line or two about the look you want, or a picture of a poster you like.

Adding design to a poster order

Choose the design option on the poster page and it sits in your basket as its own line, covering the whole quantity of that item. If the same design goes on more than one product, such as A3 posters and an A1 board, pick the option to use the same artwork as another item in your basket and the fee is not added twice. Logos for trade bodies and registration schemes cannot be recreated, as they are licensed only to members.

Delivery of your files

Designs and logos come to you by email. You keep the logo files to use on signs, clothing or a website. When the artwork is approved, your posters go into production and follow the usual Saver timings for that product.
